Returns and Cancellations:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of receipt, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full purchase amount, less any shipping and restocking charges. A "Return Authorization Number" (RA#) is required on all items returned. Products without an RA# will be refused. Please note that there is a 30% restocking charge on all items returned. All returns of non-defective goods must be individually wrapped in bubble wrap and original condition and box, shipping prepaid. Any parts having been altered or otherwise modified may not be returned. Returns are limited to 15 days on stock merchandise. Special orders or non-standard products are not subject to return or cancellation if special raw purchase and/or production have been initiated. Close-outs or special inventory reduction sales are sold AS-IS and are NOT returnable.Limited Warranty:
All Products sold by Stair Solution are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date received. No merchandise will be returned without prior approval of Management at Stair Solution. Improper use of products eliminates all Stair Solution Liability of any and all warranties or responsibilities for safety performance either expressed or implied. In compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975, a complete warranty statement is available to all consumers.CUSTOM ORDERS-PAYMENTS

A 75% Deposit is required on all custom ordered products with the balance due At time or Pick-Up or Shipment. The Deposit is non-refundable and will be against the Custom Order Invoice. If for ANY REASON the Custom order is not picked up, the Deposit will be forfeited. Claims for shortages must be made within one (1) day after shipment is received. Customer must count and inspect items inside boxes at time before signing received slip from transportation company. Customer is responsible for verifying shipment quantity. (Failure to sign will result in a void of the return policy and NO refund will be issued or considered)
Freight Terms:
In stock stair parts are shipped from 1883 McFarland Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA 30005, USA. Freight charges will be prepaid by Stair Solution. If for any reason the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped and is in transit the customer is responsible to repay all freight charges for their cancelled order.
Claims:

Stair Solution ships merchandise to locations within the lower 48 United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Stair solution allows the selection of shipping in the checkout phase. For large orders freight shipping is available. There are no shipping charges when you pick the product up from our warehouse during our regular business hours. Please call ahead to confirm the product is available prior to arrival.
